We had read some bad reviews but it must have been some other place as the room, gardens, pool and price was fantastic, staff were friendly and helpful especially Candida in reception and Tony the Maître’D, Full continental breakfast was great and dinner and service was excellent

Great location in the hills. We stay in private villa. The rooms is clean, big and comfortable. We don’t try restaurants. Pool is clean and it is near by villa. There is private area with sunbeds, barbecue, and parking.

The hotel is about 20 minutes up the hills from Sorrento main town. The Hotel is excellent with great helpful staff. I couldn't fault our stay!! The Hotel runs a shuttle service into Sorrento. This could be more frequent, but not the end of the World. As a worst case, if you have to take a taxi it is 65 euros. During our four day stay, we chose to take a taxi on two occasions. This cost was balanced to the overall cost of our stay, which was reasonable as a whole for such a busy time.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel with our family. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The pool was clean and well-maintained, which the kids really enjoyed. However, the food could use some improvement. Overall, it was a nice experience, but with a few tweaks to the menu, it could be even better.

Excellent breakfast. Great locations for detour all places at Amalfi coast. A special advantage is the possibility of using a free shuttle bus to the Sorrento

The staff were always polite and eager to assist. Breakfast was nice,fresh with lots of options to choose. The shuttle transfer offered by the hotel is very convenient. Great view from our room!

Stayed in the 2 bed cottage and studio. They were lovely and clean. Comfortable beds, everything you needed. Lovely staff and shuttle bus was very helpful into Sorrento. Great location with easy walk into Sant Agata for shops, restaurants and ice-cream. Pool was lovely too with plenty of umbrellas and loungers.

The hotel was located in a nice quiet area, nice views of the city and the mountains/sea. The hotel looks clean, well kept and spacious. The common areas are inviting and the pool area was relaxing. The staff are all friendly and well informed. From reception staff to the restaurant and cleaners they always have a smile on their faces and very friendly.
