The staff, particularly reception were very helpful and understanding. Always cheerful and smiling. The ladies clearing dishes were very efficient and the bar was easy to get a drink at. The apartment was larger than we were expecting with good shower and toilet and comfy beds and well appointed. There was always plenty of choice of food in the restaurant and the quality and variety were good. Nice swimming pool and plenty of sun beds, but at this time of year (January) the sun didn't reach all areas. Overall a very good experience for this kind of hotel/ apartment. Neville

Wasn't expecting much from a 2-star hotel, but the rooms were great. Large, modern, well kept. Better than most 4 star hotels I've stayed in. The grounds were also really well kept and everywhere was very clean. The location is poor in that there's not really anything around about however a 10 min walk to the bus stop, and you can get the bus to pretty much anywhere for about €1.40. There's a SPAR attached onto the hotel which is great if you want to pick up some snacks etc (since there's nothing at all available between breakfast/lunch and no food at all after the dinner service finishes at 2030 hrs).

Overall, the price-quality ratio is perfect! The food - there is always something to choose from, the coffee is more or less good, I didn't like the fresh milk, but I bought it from the nearby store and everything was as it should be!Cleaning is three times a week. During one of the cleanings, there was a problem with one sheet - it was dirty - quick reaction at the reception - I was given other sheets and replaced by the cleaning staff the next day with new ones. There is a bus to the beach twice a day. Breakfast is the same every day, but there is a choice - there are fresh fruits and vegetables. Everything was ok. Pools - two, enough sunbeds, bar - everything is ok. There was entertainment several times in week - not every day. It was funny!

We booked another place that was unfortunately overbooked. Thanks to booking.com's swift problem solving we were able to get to this place. Their staff was absolutely amazing. They remained professional, quick to the task and friendly at all times. We never had to wait for anything. There was a small Tennis court on sight that is actually quite well kept. We haven't been in the pools, but they looked well kept and clean. The layout with the main bar surrounded by the pool is a nice touch and it is easy to get into a holiday mood. They serve excellent Ron con cola and other beverages. They have excellent room service that replaces your towel daily (in case you are into that)
