Location- the apartment is located in calm and peaceful part of Maspalomas. You can find well-equipped SPAR shop and good restaurants in walking distance. The nearest bus stop is approx. 300 m from the apartment, so you can easily get to every corner of the island or the city. Host- Fernando is perfect host. He gave us detailed information how to get into apartment and on request have a lot of useful tips where to go in order to have a good lunch or dinner. The appartment- cosy and comfortable small terraced house with all necessary equipment. on the ground floor you have a kitchen with living room and small toilet. on the first floor you have a slipping room with one big bed, and one quite big bathroom. Everything is very clean. All and all, we strongly recommend this place!

We had a great time staying here! The apartment is located within walking distance to HW. We hired a car and we were always able to get parked, there is bus routes near by and there is a Spar just round the corner too. We had a little difficulty finding the exact location as the directions given by our host didn't seem to come up on our maps. We dropped a pin to as close as we thought it would be and figured the rest out which was fine. The key to the main complex is within a locked box which was explained by Fernando over Whatsapp ahead of time. The apartment is pretty close to the pool and as most of the other apartments are residents, it's fairly quiet and never an issue to get a lounger. The apartment itself was very clean and a great size for a party of two. There is a sofa bed so you could sleep 4 but it would be pretty tight. Just a heads up for anyone booking this based on the name 'Bungalow' which would usually mean no stairs (in the UK at least) - the bedroom and shower etc are up stairs, this wasn't any issue for us but just a head up. We did run out of hot water for the shower on the first night however this wasn't an issue for the rest of our stay so didn't mention it. Fernando checked in with us a few times which was good as if there was any issues we could let me know. Also.. we made the mistake of doing a food shop on the way to the apartment only to find out there is no grill/oven so we had to bin our frozen food. There is a toaster, microwave and two electric hobs for cooking. The kitchen could do with a couple of more utensils and maybe condiments like salt and pepper. There is a couple of high chairs for the breakfast bar and seating outside too, with an awning which was nice. It would've been handy to have a table in front of the sofa for chilling at night. Overall we had a lovely time here and would definitely stay again! Fernando very generously let us check out later too due to a late flight!

We were completely satisfied with everything. The apartment is tastefully and practically furnished, very well equipped and clean. Fernando is helpful, thank you, we would go back anytime!
