We booked last minute we were coming from a 5hr drive. Gabriele sent we whatsapp just a few seconds after I booked. Asking we arrival time I sent him all my info so when we arrive we just check in the room. The room was nice clean and fresh. Very good breakfast and very helpfull stuff.

Breakfast was excellent, served always with smiling, helpful staff. Hotel is very clean! Beautiful plants everywhere. Staff are all so welcoming, so helpful and make you feel at home. Would highly recommend this beautiful, peaceful place.

breakfast was great, lots to choose from different cakes, sweets every day, you could also have a cooked breakfast if you wanted. pool area and setting was wonderful with the view of Etna all around us. everybody was really nice and made you feel welcome.

The service at this place is absolutely magnificent. All members of the staff are friendly and very helpful in any situation. The place is very clean and the breakfast is very good. Also the lighter meals served at the poolbar are good and come in large portions. The poolarea and the view of Etna is breathtaking.
