From going in front door to the place the staff the service the food the room it was absolutely fantastic. It takes a lot of effort and hard work to make everything look easy. And it was very much appreciated and I can not wait to return again.

Breakfast was lovely with a great choice and very attentive service, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely warm room and exceptionally clean with a very friendly atmosphere. The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. The bedroom was amazing, lovely view, a very comfortable bed, and nice furniture, great that there was a fridge, the shower was good, perfect amount of heating.

Amazing location situated beside the river and away from any roads. The room was perfect and even our dogs were beautifully catered for with their own dog bed and home made biscuit treats waiting their arrival. The staff are incredibly welcoming and made us feel valued. Definitely will be coming back. Loved it!

Perfect period property, third time at the hotel. Dates back to 1225 right next to the River Dee. Immaculate in every sense.

Breakfast was excellent quality and nice and hot. The table service was much better than buffet breakfasts. Staff were super friendly and efficient.

Very comfortable and quiet room with river view. Breakfast room with river views. Although a full cooked breakfast was available-not sampled, there was no buffet as such.

It was so peaceful and quiet even though there was a function in the property we were not disturbed. We had a river view room which was lovely.The food was amazing, staff were friendly and polite. Only gripe I had was staff seem to go missing , we were waiting 10minutes even though we’d reserved our table. Apart from that I’d definitely stay there again.
