We stayed only one night to meet a relative who lived in Marton, while passing through from New Plymouth to Napier. The motel was perfectly adequate for this - comfortable, clean and well equipped. The owner was very helpful and friendly.

After a full day of hiking the Tongariro Crossing, it was blissfully cozy and peaceful to unwind in the comfortable accommodation, complete with a snug bed and soothing warm shower. The manager was very friendly. She led us to our room, explained how to use their interactive TV. We also deeply appreciated the her thoughtful assistance with some practical matters during our stay.
