very spacious room. shower was brilliantly powerfully which I enjoyed. staff were friendly and spoke a little english to get by. very generous staff members.

This is our fourth time staying at this hotel, which says everything you need to know. A special mention goes to receptionist Karim, who is always incredibly kind, positive, and customer-friendly. He always makes us feel welcome. Thanks again for another wonderful stay!

Not very much. Like many second-rate Moroccan hotels, they have no idea what international travellers expect from hotels. They are still living in the 1970’s when it comes to customer service, civility and understanding that their clients out the food on their tables. The restaurant manager is rude and a misogynist. Argued about whether my guest was entitled to breakfast, showing disrespect in his attitude to me, as his client, and my guest … as a woman. No Aircon in the restaurant, which made everyone hot and sweaty: the manager in particular.

Really nice staff. Room was clean and even if the position is in the center, the room is really silent. You can find parking nearby. The breakfast was nice and the A/C worked perfectly
