Staff were super lovely and it was very simple to get into the room and feel comfortable Bathroom was clean on arrival and room was fresh.

The staff was kind and warm. The residence is a bit far from the centre, but there is a tram stop nearby. The area is quite calm (it's near a cemetery). There is enough parking outside, and an underground parking.
