The staff wee v kind and friendly and the breakfast was great. The room was comfortable and clean but the terrace was very disappointing and the machines in the gym were not working

Great family room, lots of nice facilities / amenities in the room and very clean. A high standard modern room. Our children loved the mezzanine floor and balcony. Very spacious. The hotel has lots of character but has been modernised well. Lovely bar area and little leisure spaces. Beautiful looking and new pool with mood lighting, but there were negatives to the pool. Great staff and service.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable - huge bed - and everything worked. Loved the pool too. At the airport I realised I'd left my passport in my room. The reception staff found it and sent it to me by taxi. Super efficient and much appreciated.

Pleasant quiet room. Well presented and maintained public areas. Friendly and efficient staff. Good access to public transport - just a few minutes from M2 line metro stop - one stop to St .Charles train and bus stations. and a few stops to Old Port area/ city centre.

Lovely room and good value. Not huge but to be expected in a city and actually larger than we expected. Ground floor but not noisy. Very friendly and helpful team. Central location, 10 mins walk to old port. Easy to arrive on metro from st Charles.

This is a good 4 star hotel in the heart of Marseille. I like the rooms - nice, clean with medittereaneo design with personal touch, the breakfast also was good.
