We are group that was travelling around in Europe before reaching Egypt and Marsa Alam was our first destination in Egypt. Gemma resort set the bar high to our expectations for the rest of the trip and an extraordinary example for Egyptian hospitality. Everything in the hotel was perfect. The rooms spacious and cleans, pools clean and in different locations and beaches were amazing with great snorkeling spots. I can not speak enough about the food, no moment in the day where food is not served and in different cuisines with amazing quality. The most interesting part to me thing is that everyone is assuring you are having good time in your stay and I literally mean EVERYONE. Whether it is Mr Mahmoud, Hazem and Mohamed on the front desk or Atef and Abdo on the pool and the beach or Chef Mohamed Salah in the kitchen, every single one of these gentlemen made sure that our stay was comfortable and did not hesitate to provide the required assistance.

We travelled with three kids in January, I liked big heated swimming pool! We all enjoyed a lot. Great food, a lot of activities for kids and adults. Big rooms. We are planning to visit again.

The staff were amazing!! The food is exceptional and there was lots of bars/snack bars located around the resort. The rooms were very spacious and beach was stunning!

Very nice place, we had a wonderful time at Gemma during New Year’s week! The room was spacious and clean with all comforts. Amazing staff, everyone was very kind from the cleaning team, to the reception, restaurant and bar staff! We had a little problem with the hairdryer in the room and it was solved within 10 minutes! The place is really neat and well kept: the gardens, the pool, the beach everything amazing! Shoutout to the animation teams international and Italian, we had a lot of fun! We totally recommend Gemma :)

My friends and I spent 5 phenomenal days at Gemma. Everything was perfect, from the receptionist, waiters, waiters, animators... The food was more than excellent, varied, the selection was phenomenal. This is our 5th time in Egypt and I can say that this is the hotel with the best food and service. Super friendly, unobtrusive staff really made us feel at home. Unforgettable experience, and Gemma resort will remain in our wonderful memories.

Everything! The hotel is super clean and spacious, the beach is one of the best in the area, with a marvelous coral reef and marine life! The staff is super friendly and helpful,great offer of food and beverage as well!
