This is a hidden jewel. Behind the unimpressive reception is beauty and opulence, and huge attention to detail. The decor is traditional and classy, the rooms well equipped and comfortable, with everything you need, including immersion tanks for each room so you don't run out of water, hair dryers, toiletries and heating. The open fire lit in the inner courtyard made it cosy in December, candle lit stairs made it magical, and we had some idea what it might feel like to live in wonderful privacy. The on site spa on was wonderful. I had a truly impressive hammam and massage; both women were not only experts, they were warm, caring and intuitive. But those things are only part of what makes Riad Zayn special. What makes Riad Zayn exceptional are Mohammed and his team. From the moment Mehdi picked us up from the airport, to the moment we left, the team could not do enough for us. Berber hospitality is on another level. My daughter and I will definitely return, and we plan to visit the Riad they own in Meknes too.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We were served a fantastic meal even though we arrived late in the evening. Everything was clean and fresh, and so tastefully decorated. There was calm and quiet, We would love to come back again.

The complete picture : staff, interior design, clean and spacious rooms ... they make you feel at home Even as though in some comments you read that the riad is 20 minutes away from the main square : this little walk takes you through a real non touristic part of Marrakesh and that's worth the walk

My husband and I were for 6 days in this Riad and we really recommend it. The decoration looks really nice, the rooms are clean. They clean the rooms every day. The breakfast is nice, they have fresh orange juice. The hospitality was great. Ayoub, Mohamed and simo were really nice, funny and helpful with everything. If you need something they will help you out. Their mint tea is really delicious. They have a terrace, a hamam and a pool as well.
