The staff where all friendly from the waiters to the owner. Very accommodating. There was plenty of space around the pool and they had variety of places to sunbathe

It was a beatiful hotel with a lot to do. There is 4 different swimming pools including the indoor pool. The chalet we were in was superb and the staff were very welcoming. The location is far from Marrakesh. However once you are there you could do so many things such as quad bike in Lalla Takerkoust, which is 10 min away from the hotel and is easily accessible by public transport.
