friendliness and proactiveness of the staff, nothing was too great trouble, great beds, excellent breakfast, beautiful decorations, I assume the 2 pools must be great to use, but we were there in February and was too cold for a swim.

Everything about IZZA Marrakech is top-tier. We stayed here in January, and from the moment we arrived, my wife and I felt truly welcomed. The level of service is unmatched, and the staff go above and beyond to ensure an exceptional experience. This was our second visit, and we chose to stay in the Marianne room, which was beautifully designed, comfortable, and had a warm, inviting ambiance. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel makes it an unforgettable place to stay. One thing I highly recommend is trying the food in their restaurant—it’s absolutely incredible. Every dish we had was flavorful and beautifully presented. A Special Thank You to the Amazing Team: • Ibtissam (Reception) – She was truly amazing, incredibly patient, and catered to all our needs with such professionalism and warmth. • Driss (Restaurant & Room Service) – Always smiling, kind, and friendly. He made our stay even more special with his attentiveness and positive energy. • El Houssain (Restaurant Supervisor) – His hospitality was outstanding, and we truly appreciated him sharing his knowledge of Moroccan history with us. • The Spa Ladies – Though I didn’t catch their names, their service was excellent—thank you for a wonderful experience! IZZA truly feels like a home away from home. Thank you, IZZA Family! We can’t wait to return again soon.

It´s like an oasis in busy Marrakech. Nice, comfy and spacious rooms, very friendly and attentive staff, wonderful rooftop terrace and fabulous breakfast.
