Very convenient location, we could walk to everything we wanted to see and go. Except of course for organized longer trips. Very good food and staff with a good attitude and good service. Applies to all staff.

Lovely hotel in a great location. All inclusive food and drinks were fantastic value for money, exceeded our expectations! The staff were all very friendly and professional, they genuinely seemed to enjoy working there. Room was really quiet.

Great hotel in general. Good facilities, clean and spacious rooms. Food offering is good and varied. Great location, nice gardens. Pretty perfect if you get a quiet room.

Rooms were spacious, enjoyed the jacuzzi everyday. Most importantly the staff, especially Maud at reception and 2 daytime bartenders in the Tea Room/bar were absolutely brilliant. The food was buffet style like most other resorts, but the food was really good, they had different selections everynight. Location is absolutely perfect, a 10 minute walk to Al Fnaa and Koutoubia. If I was to visit Marrakech again, I'd only stay here.

A fabulous place to stay, the staff were incredible and really made our holiday special. The restaurant had a great variety of food and the quality couldn't be better. Good selection of drinks and the facilities and entertainment team were excellent too. It's truly hard to find any faults.

Room was spotless with great views and facilities. Heated pools. Food was absolutely superb and provided Gluten Free menu. Staff were brilliant, nothing too much trouble, extremely friendly and helpful.
