This hotel has a helpful and friendly staff. Its location provides easy access to the main town, making it a convenient base for exploring. A great option for an authentic stay. Nice garden and a pool.

We really enjoyed our stay . Beautiful garden , big room and bathroom and comfortable bed, great location and nice aria around hotel. Palace look as on pictures, stuff nice and helpful and friendly. Stuff served us our last breakfast very very early in the morning before our flight it was very generous. Breakfast includes fresh juice, coffee , tea , fruit salad and pancakes, plus eggs on your request, some croissants and butter as well , so Just one request to give yogurt and other options for breakfast, not only eggs and pancakes. Thank you

The Red House is beautiful, especially the dining room and the staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Abdul, or The Fixer as we called him, booked excursions and found us a table at a popular restaurant with great ease. The gardens are small but very well kept and you can see the old town walls. It’s about a ten minute walk to the edge of the old town.

Hands down this is one of the best hotels we stayed so far. Abdel and the team took care of us really well. We were skeptical about this trip to Marrakech with a 2 year old but we are very much satisfied with this hotel and we had a really comfortable stay. They have really nice restaurant and you can order food anytime even to the room. Food is great! Breakfast they provided has good varieties with a Moroccan touch. They have much spacious rooms and daily room service provided. Very convenient location, closer to all attractions in Medina, nice restaurants and a Menara mall is 10mins walk. Garden and the pool is well maintained and can enjoy a relaxing time. Abdel and the team went above and beyond treating us and share so much details about Marrakech too. Both in and out taxi of hotel transfers were organised by them for a reasonable price. Definitely I would book Red House for my next stay in Marrakech!

The architecture was stunning! Very grand but traditional. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. The pool area was lovely in being completely outside, heated with towels provided.
