Riads Overview

Located a 15-minute walk from Jemaa El Fna Square, Riad Zen House features a terrace with sun loungers and a patio with small pool. It is just 1.2 km from the famous Majorelle Garden.
Uniquely decorated, all rooms are air-conditioned and offer a seating area, wardrobe and Moroccan furniture. The en suite bathroom includes a shower or tadelakt bath.

Enormous breakfast and flexibility around when it was served. Generally it was between 9 - 10am but we had it at 7:30am one time, and 7:00am another time because we had booked excursions.

Pretty riad close to one of the many doors of the Medina so good access to cars for expeditions outside of Marrakesh . Very kind staff and thank you to Hassan, Souad and Mustapha for going over and beyond.

The breakfast was great and really complete. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were really nice and happy to have us there. It was great to have open space on the ground floor as well as the rooftop.

Nice breakfast and very good room. All employees are very nice and Mustafá and Suad are excellent. Family atmosphere. Benefit/Cost relation is positive.

The Riad was very clean and staff were very friendly helpful. The location was good as well. It would have been nice to have had some help carrying our suitcases up to our room and back down but otherwise it was a lovely experience :)

The staff was amazing, very attentive, kind and helpful in everything. The room overlooked a courtyard which kept everything nice and cool, and it was beautiful. Everything had a very traditional feel to it but with all the facilities. Although it was necessary to ring the bell to get in, this ensured the security of the hotel and they had no problem with what time we returned. Also, the breakfast was delicious, varied a little every day and they also catered to your needs (e.g. once I was not feeling like coffee and asked for a mint tea and there was no problem) If I go back to Morocco I will definitely choose this hotel again!

The staff were amazing!! It is worth it for the value. Nearby you have a parking lot close to the main gate and it is affordable and safe.
