Riads Overview

In the heart of the Medina, this riad offers a rooftop terrace with a pool, restaurant and views of Kotoubia Mosque and the old town. A 10-minute walk from Jamaâ El Fna Square, it offers free Wi-Fi.
A private patio and traditional, Moroccan colours and handcrafted mosaics feature in all of the accommodation at Riad Viva. All rooms are air-conditioned and have an LCD TV. The spacious suites also have a separate seating area.

We had dinner on the first night which was excellent. Staff very helpful and taxi service from airport brilliant room was a really good size and comfortable

The staff, Omar and Miriam, were soo nice. Both were very responsive and any and every request we had, was looked after with the greatest courtesy and care. Their hospitality simply won over my family and I. The facility was very peaceful and extremely comfortable.

The bedroom was big, very clean and the rooftop garden was just so beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The vibe of the place was very peaceful.

Absolutely beautiful Riad. The room was lovely, modern and comfortable, with a very nice bathroom and hot shower. Delicious breakfast. Location was good, walking distance to the Medina (15 minutes roughly) and in a quiet area. Easy and affordable transport to and from the airport which the Riad arranged for us.

When you arrive you think the area could be a little sketchy - but it really is not. Even after dark. And as soon as you buy something from the little shop in the alley, you have a friend for life I am sure. The area is about 10 minutes walk from the hussle and bustle but it is great to be able to come back to peace and quiet and chill on the rooftop. The place is absolutely gorgeous and the staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is more than adequate. Some savoury (like an egg) would be nice.

Friendly,attentive and responsive team. Beautiful authentic Riad with peaceful rooftop terrace. Quiet at night in an area close to main attractions. Small shop en route for drinks/snacks with a friendly owner.

Absolutely stunning Riad with the friendliest of staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They organised taxis for pixking us up at the airport and dropping us back as well as to a restaurant. The roof terrace was great to relax on after the hectic pace of a day in Marrakech.
