The breakfast was magical and so unique, felt amazing and not like a guest but a friend and king :-) tee and everything you can wish for at a breakfast, and even more. Really nice and you can eat just when you get up no stress no rush just holiday. The stuff was amazing, helped me with everything walked with me through the Medina and even got up at 4 am to arrange the taxi to the airport. amazing amazing amazing

The Riad is a tranquil oasis in the middle of the medina. It is beautifully decorated and the rooms are really spacious and comfortable. Khadija, Bouchra and Nawal looked after us wonderfully. Bouchra stayed up late into the night to give us a delicious meal on our very delayed arrival. Khadija ran everything so smoothly, sorting taxis and bookings for us and always available for advice. She made sure at every turn that we wanted for nothing. Nawal went the extra mile by walking us to our restaurant and waiting up for us to return. They could not have done more to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Everything went absolutely perfect with the stay. The Riad arranged for our pickup at the airport (and drop off at the end of the stay). The Riad itself is gorgeous and the staff is extremelly polite and helpfull. Our room was super clean and comfortable, bathroom included. The breakfast was varied and fresh, There was always staff on site, even at night, so if you have any issues there is always someone there to help. Honestly one of our best stays and a place I strongly recomend. 10/10

Entering Riad Tchaikana was like stepping into a fairy tale! And apart from it being aesthetically highly pleasing, the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us. Food was great both in quality and amount.

Beautifully decorated, very peaceful and clean. Lovely rooftop area. Staff so friendly and went above and beyond to help. My Mum has diabetes and they were so accommodating for this, they allowed us access to the kitchen fridge and freezer at any time to keep her insulin cool. We also left our house keys in the safe and Khadija went above and beyond to return the keys to us. She sent them via taxi to meet us at the airport when we flew out having moved on from marrakech a week prior. Can’t thank you enough.
