The location was great for the medina, roof top views was really special. Super easy to find if you know your bearings. When we arrived the first room given to us had not been cleaned so we had to wait for this to be done which was inconvenient after a day travelling and arriving late at night. We had to ask for a lock for our room as these are done by padlock, we also had to ask what the arrangements for breakfast was. That said, the breakfast and coffee was really good, it would have been nice to be asked if we wanted meat as no one in the group ate it. The staff making/serving breakfast were really nice and kind. Communal spaces felt authentic and nicely decorated.

It has lots of rustic charm and is unique. Room was comfortable, breakfast was good. Check in was efficient and they you could leave luggage.

An amazing riad with two pools and a lot of flowers.And the rooftop terrace is beautiful.Everything you need so you can live a traditional experience in Marrakech!

Receptionist -> (Ouissal) really positive, professional, helpful, pleasant and supportive. We had a lovely room - spacious , very tastefully decorated & good size ensuite also with shower. Lots of outside sitting space, including rooftop with hot tub.

The location of this riad was good. We booked the room with terrace but the room was not on the top floor. Secondly, breakfast and service were good as well. But for hammam, they just had setup for a 1 person at a time.

Riad Persephone is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay in a central location in Marrakech medina. It is full of rustic charm and we particularly enjoyed the heated hot tub on the rooftop. The staff team are very kind and helpful. The location is great. The breakfast is good. We had a wonderful stay, thank you.

The Riad is located in the centre of the Medina, from local markets to things to see and do (Bahia palace, the gardens, Madrassa Ben Youssef). Great customer service and excellent service from Soufiane. Breakfast was excellent every morning. An indoor pool overlooking the skylight and a hot jacuzzi on the rooftop, couldn’t fault the Riad..

Amazing experience in Persephone Riad. Everyone was so nice and helpful with every little naive question we had about the city. Excellent traditional breakfast every morning. Jonathan the owner even arranged for us a free couple massage session as a gift for our anniversary. Thank you guys (and sorry for the delay 😝) 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
