A one-of-a-kind riad: a mix of the charming, iconic, and modern Morocco! Riad Nyla offers premium services, starting with spacious rooms (ours was much bigger than expected), featuring air conditioning, excellent Wi-Fi, an intimate SPA (heated indoor pool and sauna), an elegant and healthy breakfast – all included in the price. Extra experiences are available, such as the Nyla hammam - the one I’ve tried with my husband. It’s a centuries-old full-body ritual, where natural ingredients are used, and you might feel that it’s one of the best spa treatments. The Nyla riad has a team trained to take care of you and to ensure that you experience the best of Marrakech. I appreciate their hospitality and the fact that we went together with an employee, at 4 in the morning, to the square where the van for the airport was waiting for us. They also have transportation services available and I recommend to start your trip in a safe environment, as they provide one. Marrakech can be intimidating for the first time and the team from the riad makes sure that you feel comfortable and you have all the information that you need. We previously stayed at another riad and after several days in the city, when we had the introduction at Nyla, we felt like “Wow, have we’ve been here in the last days?”. The reception staff gave us numerous ideas for hotspots in the city and nearby. For me, this riad was the highlight of the trip to Morocco, and I definitely recommend them.

It was like hidden gem in the middle of crowded and busy Medina. The minute you just enter the riad you forget that you are in busy Marrakech. It’s so peaceful, beautiful and very clean. Every morning they serve a very tasty and big breakfast. Everybody is looking after you and they make you feel like you are part of a big family. It was a pleasure to stay in this amazing place. Thank you to everyone who made our stay unforgettable.

Staff is super friendly. Room spacious and comfy. Location is exceptional. Rooftop is very well decorated and pools are most welcome with the heat. Attended a nice yoga class and wellness equipment and services are great. Definitely an oasis in the medina.

An absolute gem of a riad. Nyla manages to mix Moroccan charm with a beautiful touch of luxury. You can tell Chiara the owner knows what she is doing! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - truly outstanding! They made us feel incredibly welcome and had a solution for everything - always available on Whatsapp too! The rooms were exactly what we needed, with comfortable beds and all necessary amenities. Food was great as well. Unfortunately we did not have time to try the spa facilities, but managed a very speedy dip in the rooftop pool!

once inside the riad is absolutely stunning, the decor is stylish and I love how they have kept the traditional Morrocon architecture whilst incorporating a modern twist. the staff go over and beyond to help and I loved the rooftop and spa.
