Outstanding staff that goes the extra mile to make you feel super comfortable. A bartender that knows the endorsement of his function, beyond excellent cocktails. This Riad offers way more than just luxurious comfort. There is plenty to discover and indulge in, from a fantastic library to extraordinary art & design and historical exhibits by a committed owner. A hidden gem that one will definitely want to return to.

Everything. The location - an oasis of calm in the medina. The staff - Hassan and his team work hard to make you feel special. The room was stunning. Attention to detail around the riad. The spa was fabulous - highly recommend a massage. The food was amazing.

During our stay in Marrakesh, we had the privilege of experiencing the most beautiful riad we’ve ever seen – a true art masterpiece. From the moment we walked in, we were mesmerized by the attention to detail in every corner. The design, the ambiance, and the overall charm of the riad are nothing short of breathtaking. The hospitality was on another level. Aziz and his incredible team made sure every moment of our stay felt special and unforgettable. Their warmth and care turned our stay into a truly magical experience. A special mention goes to the kind-hearted owner, Steve, whose passion and vision are reflected in every detail of this stunning space. And then there’s Franky – the artist and singer of the riad. Words cannot do justice to his talent and the enchanting atmosphere he creates. His performances left us in awe, adding an extraordinary touch to this already exceptional place! This Riad is spectacular in every detail. We could not have imagined a more luxurious and romantic setting. From the incredible staff right to the owner, Steve, who was too happy to engage all the guests in conversation. Oban, their signature Michelin restaurant, was top notch and the piano player singer extraordinary. How to imagine a more friendly romantic place I can’t imagine. To the very few who complained about the music, I feel sorry for you, who can’t enjoy this ambience and super dinner and drinks entertainment.

All staff were extremely polite and friendly. Transfers provided by the Riad were excellent. The room was outstanding, very traditional. The Riad made our Marrakesh experience. It was a lovely tranquil getaway from the hustle bustle of the Madina. Excellent food and wine options. We were well informed on the best activities and places to visit. Above and beyond service!

Too Long; Didn’t Read (TL;DR) If you’re looking for a once-in-a-lifetime experience in Marrakech, this riad is it. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such genuine care and hospitality - it felt like stepping into another world—an oasis of peace and beauty in the middle of the busy medina. The rooms are stunning, each uniquely designed, the food is unforgettable (the best I’ve had in years), and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. From Live music to spa treatments—this place is something truly special. I’d recommend it to anyone without hesitation. Full Review Arrival & First Impressions From the very beginning, everything was handled perfectly. We were picked up by a friendly driver in a luxurious van and driven close to the medina. Since cars can’t drive all the way in, a staff member was waiting for us with a cart for our luggage and walked us to the riad. To be honest, walking through the medina at first was a bit of a culture shock, but the staff member made us feel safe and guided us the whole way. When we arrived at the riad, it felt like stepping into another world. From the outside, you’d never guess what’s behind the door. But as soon as it opened, we were blown away. Inside was an oasis—quiet, peaceful, with the sound of birds and water from the pool. They welcomed us with coffee & macarons, and we just sat there, taking it all in. It felt like paradise. Rooms For the first night, we stayed in the “Gazelle” room, and it felt like something out of a fairy tale—like 1001 Nights. The room was spotless, had a lovely oriental scent, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Over the course of our stay, the owner even offered us free upgrades to two different rooms, each more stunning than the last. You could tell that so much thought went into every detail of the design, from the colors to the materials used. Every room was an experience in itself.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble, they arranged a private tour to the Atlas Mountains for us, collection and drop off at the airport and much more. Lovely ambiance, well situated in the medina . The evening entertainment provided by the pianist and singer was very good if a little loud (see below)

Every aspect of our stay went above and beyond our expectations—from the warmth and kindness of the staff to the beautiful, relaxing facilities. It was the perfect retreat from the lively and bustling souks during the day. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop, the heated pool, the charming bar, and the wonderful dinner. To make it all even more memorable, we were upgraded to one of the suites, which truly made our stay unforgettable - thank you again for this extremely kind gesture! We highly recommend the Riad to anyone visiting Marrakech and looking for that little extra in their Riad !

the riad is stunning, attention to detail is exceptional. staff were fantastic & you could walk to most places with ease. great cocktails & food also...and we had an amazing hammam spa experience on our final day!
