excellent location, inside the medina but in a quiet street. Nicely decorated and very authentic. I loved the smell to flowers everywhere and the terraze on the top.

The staff at the riad was very very welcoming and super professional – they made us feel right at home! The riad is very conveniently located in the medina so you don't have to walk miles with your suitcases to get to it. The rooms are small but cute; the whole property is very clean. All the people who work there are extremely polite and kind. We had dinner 'in' one evening, looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the medina. The food was absolutely excellent (one of the best meals in Marrakech) and sitting next to the fireplace was an absolute treat. Catching the sunset sitting in the terrace was also wonderful. The breakfasts are abundant and generous. 5/5 stars overall!

Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. Location is great for the Souk, Medina and places to visit. A airport pick up was a real bonus.

Great location with character inside the medina but close to parking. Amazing rooftop area and plenty of outdoor lounge areas. Very friendly staff with helpful tips.

A hidden treasure! A magical riad inside the medina with a big, beautiful roof garden and 360° view of the city. Despite being inside the old city it was really quiet. They served a delicious breakfast on the roof. I specifically chose a place with a roof garden and this exceeded all expectations They arranged an airport pickup and then someone took me on foot from the drop off place.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating, plus it was very easy to contact the riad prior to our arrival. Definitely contact them before you arrive as this would help you a lot, our arrival was stress free and easy. Very quiet place considering its location, can't even hear noise from other rooms. Excellent location as well, close to the taxi stand, souks, square and some tourist spots. The room was very clean, there's complimentary tea and coffee with a kettle and cups. And the rooms were made up daily as well. Bathroom was clean too. On our first day, we were given a map of the area and were told about places to go depending on your preferences. They also have a variety of tours which you must try of course. Definitely recommend this place to my friends, it's a perfect home away from home. I wish I tried their hammam/massage services but alas I didn't have enough time. I did expect daily complimentary water but that can be brushed off, or perhaps we didn't ask.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! Despite being budget-friendly, it offered a fantastic experience. The owner personally welcomed us at check-in, making us feel instantly at home with his polite manner. The rooms were spotless, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier—always attentive and ready to help. They even allowed us to store our luggage at the reception after checkout, which made our evening flight much more convenient. A wonderful stay from start to finish!

My son and I had a wonderful stay at Riad Le Coq Berbere as his birthday gift. The staff were all superb and always friendly and smiling. The Riad is perfectly situated close to taxi drop off from airport, and easy to walk everywhere while you are there. The views from the roof terrace are gorgeous- you can sit and watch sunrise and sunset over the city. I even spotted hot air balloons in the distance at sunrise. We had a delicious dinner on the roof terrace in first night and breakfasts were fantastic. Our room was clean, comfortable and bathroom felt luxurious. Sadly, we didn’t have time for a hammam so will have to return. We wish we had stayed longer to enjoy a day of relaxing on the terraces since on a weekend break wanted to see as much of the city as possible. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.
