It was like a dream to come into the Riad from the noisy, narrow and crowded streets in the medina. we were satisfied with the staff-nice and helpful First day we took a 4 hours guided tour in the medina with the excellent guide Abdou it was worth the money We travelled by car to Essouira, Imlil and Ouzoud waterfalls. We were happy to have the very nice driver Simo on all trips. He told us a lot of Maroco and the places we passed and visited/Gunnar from Sweden

A beautiful setting. An oasis in the Medina. Staff are super friendly and helpful. They all made a point of knowing us and making us feel special.

The relaxed, calm atmosphere and spaces of the Riad whilst still being in the heart of the Medina. We enjoyed the roof terraces where there is plenty of space to relax. The transfers from and to the airport were well organised and stress free. The staff were always friendly and super helpful. The room was comfortable and well appointed and peaceful.

The excellent experience at Riad Karmela starts with the highly cordial and friendly staff! We were taken care of most of the time by Amine, but all the other guys who accompanied us on these 3 nights were extremely friendly and careful with us. The feeling of peace inside the riad is so great that many times we just wanted to be in the cloister drinking tea, listening to the sound of the water fountain and chatting with one of the staff. The breakfast is wonderful, all spaces are clean and well decorated and the dinner we hired was also divine!

a fantastic Riad, our room was really beautiful, it was clean and very comfortable. staff were really attentive and could not do enough to help with suggestions and taxis, they were very good at giving safety advice and made sure nothing was too much trouble. Hamid was brilliant as were all the staff. The rooftop restaurant and food was delicious as were all the breakfasts. it's a lovely place to stay. don't hesitate to book.
