Jamal was kind helpful and friendly. The Riad is very clean and comfortable The food was fresh and delicious 😋 I liked everything. It's so close to the Medina and I felt safe. Also it's quiet in the Riad considering you're beside all the action. Jamal is one of the kindest guys you will meet. The manager is also very kind and printed out a boarding pass which is needed in Morocco

Loved it all. The little pool, rooftops, decor, comfort, bedroom, bathroom was all very good. The service provided was excellent. We were welcomed with traditional tea. After check out they let us store luggage for the day before flight which was brilliant otherwise we would have really struggled. They also told us after check out we are still welcome to use all their facilities which was great. We were given more traditional tea before we went and they also helped us get a taxi outside. They also printed our tickets back to UK. There was plenty of bedding, a safe, cushions, lovely decor in the suite. Dec chairs upstairs were comfy. The view was spectacular at night & early in the morning.

It truly felt like home! :) The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Jemal, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Breakfast was a delightful experience, featuring local dishes, fresh bread, fruits, coffee, and juice—all prepared individually for each guest. This thoughtful touch made us feel like valued guests rather than just hotel visitors. The location is also fantastic—within walking distance of the city's main attractions but pleasantly quiet and peaceful at night. Room was clean and equipped with AC.
