We had a wonderful time staying at the Riad Bab Tililia. Mustafa couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and he really made our stay perfect. He’s a huge asset to the Riad, which was lovely. We enjoyed a smashing breakfast every day and on the final evening, a super dinner on the rooftop, that was delicious and excellent value. The riad was in a great location and we loved our stay and exploring all that the vibrant city of Marrakesh had to offer. Thank you for making my birthday a magical experience.

My second time staying at this lovely little Riad. Brought my family back having travelled to Marrakesh and stayed here with my fiancé about a year ago - lovely staff, perfect location for exploring the marina and an authentic Moroccan experience. Definitely recommend!!

From the moment we arrived Mustapha looked after us superbly. We were welcomed like family friends. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast each morning. The Riad was beautiful and as described online. Overall the hotel was superb value.

I want to say a cordial thank you to the personnel of the Riad, especially to Mustafa, who was helpful from the very beginning of the trip, even before I arrived. He explained to my taxi driver how to find the way to the riad, met me and kindly helped with the accomodation although I arrived in the middle of the night. The morning after he served a delicious breakfast and was super nice and friendly. And it was like that throughout all my stay at the Riad. I came to Marrakesh for a very special occasion (friend's wedding) and needed everything to be quick and seamless and Mustafa helped with all the questions and requests. The owner and the rest of the staff are very nice and pleasant people, too. The place itself is cosy, clean and calm, so no problem to sleep at night. I was specifically happy to find out that the bathroom was clean and spacious enough as well (the toilet and shower are located in opposite sides, so there is enough room to take the shower comfortably). The location is also handy, near all the medina life of Marrakesh.

Everything. The Riad is beautiful and conveniently located. on arrival we were served tea and local sweets. The staff did absolutely everything to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast at the rooftop was perfection.

Great experience staying in this hotel. Excellent location, very near and walking distance to the markets, attractions and local restaurants. The hotel provided complimentary breakfast was also very good. The staffs services are excellent throughout and they are very attentive. We are very happy and much appreciated being served by them. And they are child friendly. Thank you very much! Will be back.

Great central location for exploring the Medina. We requested Bab Tilila to arrange our taxi, which worked well for us and we were met at the roadside by Mustapha and greeted by Marime upon arrival. Excellent service provided, nothing was too much trouble. Inclusive breakfast was amazing and we partook in a home cooked meal in one night, it was incredible.

I enjoyed my stay at Riad Bab Tilila. It was a warm welcome. The location is perfect to explore Medina and quite close to the bus stop/taxi for airport transfer. The traditional breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and supplied with everything needed for the stay. Thank you!
