My mother and I came to Marrakesh for a long weekend trip and we were truly impressed with this hotel. Every single one of their employees went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I was particularly pleased with Hiva. She was very empathetic and on top of everything. I will be coming back.

Excellent overall service and experience. Enjoyed the room, had a super comfy bed and a lovely balcony view. We arrived after the renovations, and there were plenty of sunbeds available at any time, so there was no need to go early in the morning. The food selection was varied, the spa was great, and the staff were very friendly, clear and helpful. The shuttle service to the spa and gold course was smooth and easy to access. The golf course was beautiful and the spa pool was serene. The warm and cold swimming pools were fun to use. Enjoyed the evening live music and performances. Overall booking all-inclusive was worthwhile.

Animation team were very friendly. Grill restaurant by the pool served good food. All inclusive beer and wine was good. All inclusive band could be used at the golf course clubhouse (no alcohol). Gym was about 5 minutes walk from hotel, but was massive and had everything you could possibly need.

The rooms were large. The food was pretty good. Most staff were friendly and happy. Free shuttle into town. When our AC didn't work, after a few phone calls to guest relations, we were moved to a suite and the staff went above and beyond to help us which was really appreciated. Sunbeds were comfy. Hotel was clean.

The staff was amazing especially SAMIR making sure we were looked after the entire time. I went there being 8 months pregnant and the staff was really nice. The breakfast team was also great there was a chef there I didn’t catch his name but he was lovely. One person (Tarek) at the Oliv grill (bar by the pool) wasn’t really nice he actually was very unpleasant to deal with. At some point a glass fell off the table and instead of cleaning it he just shoved it under the table creating a risk for bare foot ppl that would sit at that table. The hotel is located on a golf course which is a plus If you like this activity.
