• The hospitality was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay special. • They organized an unforgettable birthday celebration for our daughter, decorating the room beautifully and arranging a cake-cutting event with other kids during the evening activity. • The New Year’s Eve celebration was spectacular, inclusive, and even featured Bollywood music, which made us feel very connected and welcomed. • The vegetarian food options were well-catered, and every request we made was accommodated with care. • A special mention to Nora, the Customer Relations Representative, who managed everything for us, from travel arrangements to dietary needs and ensuring we had an amazing stay.

The meals were absolutely delicious and carefully prepared, reflecting great culinary mastery. The attention to every detail and the diversity of the dishes really enriched my experience. Thank you for this exceptional dining experience and for making my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and its team to all foodies!

Property was great and had loads of activities to do throughout the day. Since we were with a toddler we only used kids side of the water park and I bet rest of the adult water park is great too. Staff is really good. HIBA from customer service helped us alot from the introduction of the hotel till the extension of our stay, booking return taxi to the airport and late check out. HIBA is really nice and excellent service. Rooms are very spacious and we got a room with nice pool view. Bathrooms are bit outdated but manageable. Cleaning staff doing an excellent job. BOUCHRA and other little lady cleaned our rooms everyday and make sure everything is in order. Since we stayed in December warm indoor pool was a plus factor mostly for the chilly mornings our little one enjoyed alot. Loads of food varieties were available and they switched meat items to be different between dinner and lunches. So it was not the same all the time. You have access to hot and cold drinks all the time which I loved.
