Very friendly, helpful, and attentive staff accommodating to every need. However, we were inconvenienced by a problem with being able to pay with card and had to pay with cash in the end.

Nelia Riad is a wonderful place to stay. The location is ideal for exploring the busy Medina while it is situated in a quite place just outside the busy streets. We felt very welcome and the staff was friendly, speaking very well English and very supportive. The breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace with a nice view on the city and a great place to relax. We loved the interior of Nelia Riad with its colorful decoration and we will definitely come back to this place next time .

A haven in the heart of the medina. We got a transfer to the riad from the airport courtesy of the riad. We were met by the lovely staff of the riad to be walked to the riad and it was honestly such an incredible place! We felt so important and well looked after. Incredible!!!

My boyfriend and I were finishing up our stay in Morocco and wanted to experience staying in a Riad so we chose this one. Originally we walked to their sister location, where the staff member then walked us back to the correct location. Upon arrival, we were slightly early for check in, so the hotel staff provided us with breakfast while we waited. The breakfast was delicious proper, not buffet style like the hotels. In particular there was this one staff member (I didn't catch her name), but she was extremely helpful in providing us tips and information about Marrakesh that we wish we would have known at the beginning of our Morocco trip. Upon checkout we had leave at 3am due to an early flight time, and another staff member walked with us at night to our pickup point. The room was beautiful, clean, and aesthetic. If we are returning back to Morocco, I would definitely book this Riad again!

The staff were some of the best we’d ever experienced at a hotel, so incredibly warm and welcoming from the first to last moment. The riad was so quiet and calm, a great antidote to the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The riad was also stunning and everything was so clean and presented to such a high standard

This is a beautiful Riad. There’s honestly nothing I can fault at all. Perfectly located, clean, value for money, excellent breakfast and spa. Above all the staff was the best I’ve ever experienced anywhere. Everyone went above and beyond. Samier even escorted me to and from the spa because it was dark and he didn’t want to me to walk alone. They were beyond helpful, so warm and friendly. We felt like we were staying with family.

Friendly staff - always willing to help you. Easy to arrange transport (taxi) around the city and from/to the airport. Staff always welcoming and keen to provide tips and advice of what to visit in Marrakech / where to eat /.. Breakfast was always fresh and daily changes. Room was clean and tidy with modern decoration. Location of the road was in the center of the Medina. All the attractions where easy to get by foot ( a part from the Jardin Majorelle).

The staff are all absolutely wonderful and can't do enough for you! Location is perfect for ducking in and out of the Medina and to the main souks and sights. Beautiful roof terrace with a view of the Atlas mountains. Food is great, we had home cooked tagine one evening when we fancied chilling away from the madness! Beautifully decorated. The sister riad is also gorgeous and I had a great hammam there.
