The general manager Ibrahim takes excellent care of his guests. As an example of his dedication to his guests: he got up at 4.30am just to see us off and walk us to our taxi, which was only fifty metres away (and which he has reserved on our behalf the day before). He just wanted to make sure that those 30 seconds went as smoothly as the rest of our stay.

10/10 would recommend. The manager Ibrahim was always ready to help and on top of all a very nice person. The riad was quiet and peaceful place in the busy Medina near everything. We enjoyed chilling in the roof top terrace alot. Breakfast was delicious and also a dinner we asked to make us for New years.

We had an amazing 7-night stay at Riad Azrur. The room was exactly as shown in the photos—immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and kept spotless daily. Ibrahim, who manages the riad, was exceptional from the moment we arrived. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even downloading a map with all the key sights to help us get started. His hospitality was unmatched, always ready with tea when we asked and offering fantastic restaurant suggestions. A truly welcoming and seamless experience—we couldn’t have asked for more! Highly recommend.

Mustapha was an excellent host! He contacted us upfront to arrange an airport pickup and gave helpful advice regarding our itinerary. The room was very nice and comfortable and the Moroccan breakfast was also very good! Overall it felt homelike and we would stay there again.

Our 7-day stay at the riad and its extraordinary host Ibrahim was amazing. The place is every bit like how it looks in the pictures. It is an old family house renoated into a guest house, so a lot of traditional details to observe and enjoy in the location itself. Very relaxing breakfast experience every morning, sitting in the courtyard with birds chirping around. Our host Ibrahim was a very friendly, knowledgeable and interesting person with whom we became friends very quickly. He gave us a lot of useful details about what to visit (and what to avoid) in old town, as well as Morocco and its society, economy and landscape. He would also kindly take care of every need and question that we had. The room was nice and traditional with the cleaning staff having a lot of attention to details. All in all the Riad itself and its lovely host Ibrahim were among the highlights of our trip to Marrakesh.

Very friendly hosts; good breakfast; clean facilities and comfortable. Great for family. Its cca 10/15mins walk to the main square. Highly recommend it.

I’ve stayed at many Riads in Marrakech, and this one was truly exceptional! The atmosphere was stunning, with all the charm and warmth you’d expect. Ibrahim, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect—such a genuinely helpful and wonderful person. Highly recommend this place for an unforgettable stay in Marrakech!

the riad was beautiful inside and not far to walk from a lot of the medina. The room & bathroom was on the small side but this was expected from the description and good value for the price. The manager Ibrahim was great, easy to contact and quick to reply.
