A well kept apartment, in a very quite neighbourhood. Perfect for a short or a long stay in Marrakesh. I think it’s a great location, it is out of Madina so I was not sure first but it’s actually better, very nice around here, and one can easily relax. A nice 15-20 min walk from the square. Taxi is also very easy to get from here to the square from 20-30 DH. Use In-Drive app for best rates. After spending the day in the hustle and bustle of the square and old city, this part of the city is such a contrast, wide roads, newer buildings, not many tourists around, so you will meet friendly locals who aren’t trying to sell you anything or expats who can guide you to best kept secrets of the city. The host is very helpful, we landed a few hours earlier and they arranged an early check in for us, at no extra cost, and any issues we had were taken care of swiftly. Spacious, and very home like feeling staying there with family. The balcony has a nice sunrise view. The apartment is very nice, having washing machine helped us travel light, having kitchen helped us make or warm up food ourselves, there is a coffee machine and a Moka pot, the staff are also very kind, Amina was so gentle and loving towards my kids, the guards in the building are also super friendly. There is a Carrefour supermarket next door, makes it super convenient for a long stay. Highly recommended and I would book again, perfect for a group of 4 people.

Kind staff, good value for money and spacious. It is not too central (15-20 minute walk to the medina), but the area was nice and the taxis to the centre are super cheap (20 dirham)

This apartment was very worth for the money. We spent two days in this oasis in the middle of rush city of Marrakech. We have travelled on motorbikes which we have parked inside the underground garage, the apartment was spacious and very good equiped. We had washingmachine and also dryer and two bathrooms

Location is very good. Supermarket is right next door. Railway station is a 10 min walk away. Medina and Jemaa el-fnaa (main square) is 30 mins walk. Plenty of good restaurants within 3 min walk. The property has 2 bathrooms which is a real bonus.
