Really good position , 15 minute brisk walk into the medina .The staff were wonderful.

The facilities are great: The pool, the spa, the gym, the restaurant/breakfast. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has a variety of cheeses, fresh breads, pastries, fruits, veggies, salads, Moroccan dishes and more.

For our anniversary they decorated our bed with rose petals and it was beautiful. This really added to our stay. The staff were more than happy to meet our needs and expectations. Beds were extremely comfortable - like sleeping on clouds. The breakfast included delicious traditional foods which you wouldn't find anywhere else. The roof top bar had an amazing view and an even better creme broulee and shisha. The staff even gave us blankets because it was a bit chilly at night. Overall 10/10 cannot fault. They even upgraded our room for free.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with anything you needed, especially the doorman Abdufattah and the relations person called Hakimah.
