This riad is ideally located on the edge of the medina. It totally suited our needs and we appreciated the roof-top terrace during the day. Breakfast was so abundant that we were able to skip lunch. The staff were super helpful and available at all times.

Dar Salam Palm offers an authentic Moroccan experience with traditional decor, friendly staff, and a convenient location. The cleaning ladies ensure the rooms are spotless daily, and the reception team is always helpful and welcoming. A wonderful place to stay in Marrakech.

We spent a week in this Riad—me, my sister, and three friends. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. The staff is amazing; the two receptionists were very kind, welcoming us warmly, giving us tips for everything, and meeting all our needs. The breakfast is basic, but I recommend having it at the Riad because, although it’s not very varied, it’s worth the price, and they can make some adjustments to the breakfast if requested. The cooks were very kind, serving with a smile every morning, and even the cleaning staff was incredibly nice. One afternoon, we arrived while the room was being cleaned, and within two minutes, she had everything ready for us. I want to personally thank the young man at the reception, I believe his name is Waled, who went above and beyond to treat us like highly valued guests. We purchased a very large canvas in the souk, and we had the pleasure of meeting the Riad owner, an artist, who personally helped us along with Waled to fold and fit the enormous canvas into a small carry-on bag. Our experience in Marrakech was wonderful, and this lovely stay in such a central Riad, close to all facilities, definitely added to it. I’m usually a demanding guest and rarely find myself without complaints, but this time, I can confidently say I would recommend this place without hesitation. Don’t let the few negative reviews discourage you—this Riad will be a pleasant surprise, guaranteed.

great position, everything at walking distance, very peaceful and cosy clean and safe place with wonderful food on request Oualid the guy at the reception is an incredible and very helpful person always ready to help you with everything you need or ask thank to him this experience was very special.

Faysaal the assistant manager was incredible. He made our stay super special and was always on hand to help us and give us advice. We could text him whenever we needed. Breakfast was lovely and the rest of the staff were very friendly. Our room was incredible. It was huge and just stunning. They have a lovely balcony at the top and a lounge room so the facilities are great! The location wasn't where we expected as we weren't in the Riad we were expecting but it was great being in real authentic Marrakech

We had booked this Property but at the last minute were messaged to say we were getting an “ upgrade” . When we were brought to our accomodation it was in fact Abelia Riad in a totally opposite side of the Medina.. we like Riad Abelia and Fayssal was a very kind and helpful host but we should not have been changed to another Riad with out our approval.
