Hotel is in a good location, close to many bars and restaurants and a 15 min walk to center with the main squares and bazaars etc. The hotel is also easily accessed by the airports and also main routes. The rooms in the hotel are a good size and nicely decorated, with good sized bathrooms. The restaurant is very good, and truly beautiful, if expensive (close to Swiss prices). The breakfast, which is given in the restaurant area is absolutely fantastic - especially if you like sweet things with lots of choice. The staff are also plentiful, welcoming and very helpful. There is also a good bar on the roof - which is great. The spa facilities are also worth checking out. Bonus points to this hotel in that it also has baby change facilities - the only ones we found in the whole of Morocco!!!!! I think the hotel in general is good value for money.

It was located 30' from La Medina, local shops to buy food and a few restaurants around. Staff were welcoming and spoke different languages. Large rooms and beds, free water everyday.

Very good breakfast, clean and spacious rooms. Friendly and professional staff. Quite some restaurants and bars in the area. Great cocktails in the restaurant downstairs.

This was a last minute stay due to unforeseen circumstances. We were very upset and stressed and the staff were so kind and could not do enough for us. We had previously stayed at the Mövenpick Mansour and found the staff to be unhelpful. I will definitely recommend 2 Ciels Hotel to everyone and when I return to Marrakech will stay there again

The hotel is western tourist-oriented which you will appreciate if coming from Europe. Brilliant breakfast. Good location. Room was spacious and bathroom was very clean. I really like the stay! We ordered food through the room service and it was a magnificent service and food.

I like that they have a rooftop bar and also their restaurant had a live singer. I also like that they provide water everyday. They have a spa downstairs which we really love. Buffet breakfast offer different breads and pastries.

The staff at the restaurant were superb, as was the selection of buffet food. The spa was excellent and very relaxing. The rooftop bar was a great place to sit and relax (if a little bit pricey) during the evening.
