The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mehmet, Murat and Taner - whenever I or my family needed help ie air conditioning they were very happy to help and fix the issue straight away, welcomed us with a smile every time. but the cleaning staff was rude!

Fantastic hotel just off of the beach front, the staff were lovely and friendly, spoke with the owner a few days before leaving too and he was lovely, very kind and welcoming. Fantastic wee hotel and the room was absolutely massive

Its in a great location, clean tidy nice rooms beautiful view if you have a sea view. Swimming pool is clean and no matter what time u go there is alway a lounger

The location is good, close to the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff very helpful. The pool area and bar is also nice and good. Good value of money. We enjoyed our visit there.

Great hotel for a family! Clean, organised, safe, close to everywhere, with a sea view, delicious breakfast and very good restaurant menu! The staff is always helpful and respectful!

The staff at Sunway are all friendly. The housekeeping is great.. the room is always clean and towels are changed every day. The breakfast is excellent as well.

Everything was exceptional, the staff and manager made sure we had the best stay and experience. I couldn’t stop saying thank you for looking after us. The hotel is located in the perfect area between the beach and promenade and Main Street with bars and shops, Migros, shopping mall etc. Room was spacious and clean, housekeeping came every day and looked after everything we needed. Air conditioning was perfect. The pool was big and never overcrowded which was great. Breakfast offered many fresh items, especially my favorite was the watermelon. Every day there was few different things so it was always nice to have breakfast there. Overall amazing experience I would return again. Thank you for looking after us and being such amazing hosts at your hotel :)

It was clean, close to the beach and local shops, on-site pool was clean. Quiet and comfortable. Kadir was friendly and helpful at front desk.

10/10 stay for us. Everything was brilliant with our stay. We booked two double rooms with a sea view and they were excellent. Rooms were a very good size. The sea view was lovely. We loved how close it was to the beach and shops. We couldn’t hear any noise at night which was an added bonus. Staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!!
