Hotel OKU Kos (formerly OKU Kos - Former Casa Cook Kos)

We came to OKU KOS because we looooooved OKU IBIZA and we were expecting the same vibe. It was actually a bit different and somehow a bit disappointing, but all in one it was a great stay. What's good ? The style, the amenities, the direct access to the beach, the pool area, the rooms, and this "village" spirit.

From the moment we arrived we relaxed & began to unwind. Oku is a very special place. The gardens were stunning & beautifully maintained & the rooms were clean, comfortable & stylish. The breakfast buffet selection was exceptional, lunch was fantastic & the evening meals at Kima were outstanding. All the staff were welcoming, friendly & professional. We loved the beach (& the beach bar!), which had a stunning views across to smaller islands; it was difficult to leave the sun beds as they were so comfortable! All the cocktails we sampled at the main bar were delicious, it was the perfect post-beach & post-dinner lounging point! Occasionally there was a DJ, who played some afternoons & evenings, he was brilliant & his music perfectly matched the laidback vibe. We're already planning our next visit.

Very calm and relaxing vibe, great rooms, own beach and absolutely exceptional service. We had an issue getting a taxi upon arrival as all were busy and the hotel managed to super quickly arrange a transfer for us. When leaving the team went out of their way to make a late checkout possible as our plane was leaving at midnight. Big shout out to the team at OKU Kos, we are for sure coming back!

First of all, I would like to make a detailed assessment, as I am comparing this hotel with other hotels in the Casa Cook family. That was also my reason for booking this hotel, I am completely satisfied with the others so far. Now here is my feedback on Oku in Kos: General hotel facilities: - The entire hotel complex is spacious, well-kept and nice to stay in. Staff: - Very friendly and courteous. At the reception very professional and authentically friendly and cordial. Staff in the breakfast room: - Very tidy breakfast room. The staff was not always attentive, sometimes there were about 15-20 minutes waiting times after 9am until the ordered coffee was served, the staff on site in the breakfast room tried to take the order immediately, the waiting time was more at the bar where the staff did not keep up with the ordered coffees, here I see an enormous potential, 20 minutes of customers waiting is not a good service in a 5 star hotel. The shift must be adjusted after 9am my suggestion. In general, the employee in the breakfast room (slim, young with long hair, very attentive and friendly, it certainly wasn't her fault). But can't say the same about the other colleagues in the breakfast room, I noticed several times in the morning how customers were waiting to order but 2 or 3 waitresses preferred to talk to each other and had fun rather than serving customers. A real shame for that. Pool zone, showers, public toilets; SPA and fitness room: - All kept clean and professional

One of the best resorts I’ve been to. Me and my partner loved it and we’ll be back again. The customer service is to a very high standard and we ended up becoming friends with the team at the reception!!

Breakfast was perfect, however it could be better in terms of the staff asking if we want eggs when they ask for coffee. We found it difficult to order. Breakfast was supposed to be until 11 but they would start cleaning everything out at 10:40 so it was a bit stressful if we slept in.

Absolutely stunning hotel. From the time we got to the hotel it was just pure relaxation. The swim up suite was superb in every way. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly and made the experience even better. The activities that the hotel had arranged through the week were also very good (outdoor cinema, stargazing, wine tasting) and we thoroughly enjoyed each one. And just as an added bonus, the beach at the hotel is also perfect where we ended up spending most of our days at the hotel :) . Highly recommend!

Facilities are beautiful and the place it really takes you to a place of relax. The gym was fantastic and the yoga lessons every morning delightful. Room was great, large and nicely decorated
