The hotel is modern, beautiful, clean and quiet. Perfect to relax. The suite with direct access to the pool is great and we enjoyed it a lot! After 2 days we were upgraded to a bigger premium swim-up suite (thank you, Maria!), which was absolutely fantastic, as it has more room and had sun from morning till late afternoon (nr. 52 I think, in the middle all the way back of the hotel). As it was VERY windy all of the days we were there, it was impossible to stay at the beach, so we enjoyed the swim-up suite all day long. Food was great! Breakfast buffet very good and à la carte in the evening great!

our stay at Hotel D’Andrea Lagoon was absolutely exceptional. The hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and meticulously clean, providing a serene atmosphere with breathtaking views of the lagoon. What truly set this hotel apart was its seamless WhatsApp chat service, which made everything incredibly convenient. From booking reservations to arranging services, everything was handled quickly and efficiently. A special shoutout to Anna and Maria, who were amazing throughout our stay. Their responsiveness, friendliness, and attention to detail made me feel like a valued guest at all times. The rest of the staff were equally professional and welcoming, ensuring every aspect of our stay was flawless. The hotel grounds are stunning, and dining at the on-site restaurant was a treat—delicious food with great service. Overall, Hotel D’Andrea Lagoon exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable, luxurious experience and we look forward to returning soon!

This Hotel is the definition of excellence. Anna on reception was amazing and extremely helpful. She is the epitome of 5* Customer service and we will definitely be visiting again next year

The check-in process was smooth and felt very personal. The breakfast buffet offer is plentiful and contains numerous healthy options. I got upgraded from the second night to an amazing Delux Swimm-up Suite. I've loved the light and airy room. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked properly. I liked that the hotel provided hats and beach bags. A dedicated white sand hotel beach ~400m walking distance from the hotel (hotel staff can bring you there with a golf buggy). Cabanas and sun beds are very nice, and the staff seldomly provides a complimentary bottle of water and a fruit salad. The staff was attentive and quickly learned my preferences. It is possible to organize a bike rental (including an e-bike) through a resort for more adventurous visitors. The gym facility is clean and nice, but it is missing a barbell, some weights, and a pull-up rack. I would certainly stay again.

Excellent service. Good food. Nice secluded location away from the tourist strips, yet a quick ride in a taxi to most places if you really would like to go somewhere else - I didn’t. Nice private beach with table service and wifi. Asked for a doctor on a Sunday regarding something non-serious. Was told it would be 40 minutes which I didn’t believe at first - he arrived after 20. Good value for money for a five-star resort.

Their facilities and staff were fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed the holiday so can't fault them. My only issue was with the Booking.com booking

Beautiful building and design. Small touches like water and snacks during the day. The turn down service was also very good. Lovely beach with an amazing view only 5 min walk from hotel. We also loved watching the sunset from the beach. The staff at the restaurant , beach and security were lovely & friendly.
