The staff were wonderful, from the moment we arrived, the concierge, delightful David, was so charming & welcoming. The following day we had a delicious lunch & were being looked after by Houlya, who again was so warm, happy & hospital. Well done to you all.

It was decorated for Christmas so felt warm, cosy and inviting. It also had the most wonderful scent of winter spice everywhere! The bedroom was clean, comfortable and perfectly as described!

Nice views for breakfast over the weir. Room was good and a decent size. Good location for walking into Marlow itself. Was only staying one night anyway.
