The staff were all very friendly, courteous and attentive in a really warm and caring way. Our room was very comfortable and had a well stocked tea/coffee station, which was appreciated. Little touches didn't go unnoticed. Breakfast was simple in its offerings but really well cooked, the best we have had in a while. The sausages were particularly outstanding.

Located in the centre of M.Har, so for me this was a perfect location. There is quite alot of parking (around 40 spaces) but its also public parking so it was busy when I arrived at 2.30pm. Nice check in experience where the facilities and wifi are explained. The wifi is decent and works around all areas I used. The hotel provides a window sticker for the car park, so you dont have to get a paid ticket. It is a pub, but a large pub, with alot of dining/cafe options and a tradiational pub bar at the front, open to the public. The rooms are nicely decorated, there are alot of creaky floorboards and doors around so it can get noisy from other guests...but I had no issues on this stay. Staff are helpful and friendly and the breakfast option in the morning is excellent, served in a lovely dining room on the 1st floor. Nice coffee and cooked ingredients as well as continental. I will stay again.

Comfortable Hotel in Town Centre with Parking. Room was quiet and well equipped. Buffet Breakfast service was poor and nothing appeared freshly cooked, service was slow and unwelcoming.

Breakfast was cold. No fridge facility in the bedroom. The base of my slippers I wore around the room, were filthy on departure.
