We travelled in winter and the room was super warm. The place was clean. Breakfast was fine with many cakes to choose from.

For a really good price we got a nice room in the lovely town of Marina di Massa. The breakfast was included and it was superb.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of variety. The bed was comfortable. Free parking opposite.

Great location near the beach. Friendly welcoming staff. Wide selection at breakfast. Clean room with lovely balcony. Free parking opposite. This is exactly how small independent hotels should be run.
