Lovely traditional hotel in great location. The staff were very good and very helpful. Welcome drink and water and biscuits on our departure were not expected, nice touch.

The staff were mostly friendly and where this was not the case it was due to language barriers or them being overworked/short staffed. Special shout out to the bartender who seemed to be working every day from morning to late at night in various roles and yet went out of his way to be helpful. Location is excellent and rooms of a decent size. The goodbye gift a lovely touch - thank you.

Very friendly staff, the location is great, the wellness facilities very comfortable and clean as well. Big and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was fine.
