Calm locality and a nearby grocery store. Breakfast had basic vegetarian items for us, wished they had more options in cereal like muesli or granola. The room size was bigger than seen previously.

Very friendly staff, the small bar at the reception offered us very nice coffee and bread. Several convenient bus lines near the hotel, can take you to the Venice island directly, compares to the expensive accommodation in the main island, it is a very nice and cost effective choice.

The location of the property is amazing. Those of the people who are looking to stay outside the venice and in Mestre, this property offers you a great deal. The staff was courteous and did accommodate our request of water kettle.

The food, service, rooms, atmosphere and the whole thing was 5 star excellent! We took public transport to get to Venice city centre at the Grande Canal. The train station is also here by the way, but you have to get your luggage over the bridge to get there, this is not easy! There are also porters, that charge about 10 Euros to help you get it over, as it is steps, not a smooth flat surface bridge. So for any traveller's looking to book here, it is very accessible by all sorts of transport.

The property had a cosy and homely feel. We slept really well at the hotel and could not complain. The staff were very welcoming and it was quiet. Well worth the 20 minute walk from Venezia Mestre train station.

I liked my stay in this comfortable hotel. All employees are fantastic, very helpful, and I had support from day one via messages when I booked my stay. Breakfast was good and fresh. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. I have received all the information I needed, including transport to Venice and the area. I highly recommend.

Very good location and very nice personnel. The breakfast was very delicious and they offered a wide range of food. The room was lovely, ours has been cleaned everyday.
