The breakfast was very rich for an Italian hotel. The location is very good if you are traveling by car. There is a hotel parking. Interesting interior on the top floor of the hotel where we stayed.

The location is really good as it is just a couple of minutes walk to the bus and train to visit the centre of Venice. The lady receptionist was very kind and very very helpfull with information. The room was clean and very spacious and we liked it. We loved the possibility to leave our car a couple of hours after check out, it was really helpfull too.

The staff were very helpful and cheerful. The included breakfast was great, fresh fruit, pastries and even cooked. Considering how close we were to a main road, the rooms were quiet. Appreciated having a "disabled" room. The evening meal at the restaurant was outstanding - leave room for the Tiramisu!!

Very clean hotel, the staff is super nice and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and up to standard. The location of the hotel is great, 15 minutes from Venice by bus. A very good place for the price, I recommend it!

Well located for access to Venice. Receptionist helpful on arrival. Room warm and functional. We didn’t have a car but think that this is a real benefit.

The location is perfect, just 20 minutes from the airport and 10-15 minutes by bus to Venice. The breakfast is very complete, the room is spacious and cozy. The staff's attention is excellent, especially Lorenzo, who is very attentive and pleasant.

The best ratio price:value in the area. Hotel had for me good strategic position. Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, good and quiet bar with very friendly prices.
