We arrived early,and it was possible to make an early check in ,the receptionist was super nice to help us in this matter and not wait.the room was super clean, at our floor we had a balcony that was made for smoking area.the neighborhood has walking distance to everything:bars ,restaurants etc.close to the train station,like 20 minutes walk,and bus around the corner for Venice.Outside was super cold but the room had heating and was always warm.

Great location, bus stop right round the corner that goes straight into Venice. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Perfect for the three nights we stayed.

Convenient for catching the 6L bus to Venice. If you return after 10pm you have to catch the 6 bus which involves a 14 minute walk to the hotel. Room was good size. Has kettle but no cups! Has a room downstairs with vending machine.

we booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. We had very clean and white towels and bedsheets. Next day our rooms were cleaned. Everything was very good. Thank you!
