Palio was very friendly and helpfully, with recommendation for transport, restaurants, Venice map…. Comfortable room, nice bathroom, all very clean and I slept so well. I will return for my next my stay- for sure

Renovated property, with modern spacious rooms, elevator and central AC. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable and large bed. Quiet street. Private parking and relatively easy access to Venice. Very friendly AND professional host couple with personality, who provide a sense of true hospitality, even though most guests only stay for 1-2 nights. Reasonably good breakfast.

Extremely clean, everything is thought through. The hosts are absolutely amazing. Location is also great. Easy to get to Venice, but nice to come back to after the crowds.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The hostess was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The space was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It’s a great spot if you’re looking to visit Venice, as it’s just a short 15-minute bus ride away, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it!

Great place with a lovely care owner. The car was very secure, private parking. Room clean, excellent with lovely bathroom. Every day, the new towel and clean up. Very pleased

Really convenient for Venice. Clean, helpful support provided and very customer focused. I would highly recommend. Easy to get the bus into Venice, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, modern room with ensuite facilities

The hosts were amazing! Paolo was exceptional - he really took his time to explain the bus routes into Venice city to us. He was so kind and generous. We would easily come back.
