We appreciated the comfortable room and clean shared bathroom facilities. Tracy & Colin are very welcoming hosts and I could tell that they have put a lot of thought into looking after their guests.

The accommodation with Tracy and Colin was excellent. They are fantastic hosts and made our family visit to Margate very enjoyable. All aspects of the guest house were great, but particularly the provision for children was very welcome. The breakfast was as good as other reviews had indicated. We will come and stay again!

It’s an extremely well kept and well run B&B in a quiet spot near the sea. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming and the property is an attractive and practical choice for a stay in Margate

The hosts Tracy and Colin were very friendly and accommodating. We had a room overlooking the park and sea, the bed was large and very comfortable. We experienced a perfect night's sleep. The ensuite was like new. The shower's water pressure was excellent. There was a great selection of teas and coffee in the room with a fridge for fresh milk. Breakfast was also excellent. We both ordered scrambled egg on toast and they didn't scrimp on the eggs or toast!
