It felt like you were on a European getaway tucked away in Tasmania. The staff were very helpful & courteous. It was quiet & relaxing, life can slow down for a short period of time. The indoor swimming pool was an extra treat. Food was delicious with a gorgeous view. .

Located with lovely views of the water, had to check out early for our flight and the staff made us an early breakfast, going above and beyond for our stay

A slightly bizarre stay as we were the only guests. I think it is mainly now used as a wedding venue and we were staying midweek. However we cannot fault the staff, who were so obliging, preparing lovely breakfasts and bringing in a chef for an evening meal, which was delicious. The building is gorgeous, although the gardens need a little more maintenance. One of the staff ran after us as we were leaving with a small gift, we felt very special.

Loved the building, room size great and bed comfy . Swimming pool was a bonus and loved the real wood fire in the lounge in the evenings.
