The staff is friendly and hospitable, the breakfast was superb and better even than some of the breakfasts at local restaurants. The room was very cosy they upgraded it to a bigger one without charge! overall a wonderful experience.

The location is very good - close to the center, but secluded from the crowds. The staff is very kind, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. There is a beautiful terrace with a view you can enjoy.

Everything was great from beginning till end - hospitality on highest level, very friendly and helpful staff. We got extra tip with main attractions around which worked perfect for us (all with maps and short description) Room was very beautiful and comfortable, bathroom apart shower had huge bath - but didn’t have enough time to used it. Bed very comfy, good and very quiet AC.. Had really good sleep in this 700 years old building. From terrace amazing Mesopotamia view. Breakfast very delicious… Miss already this gem and hope to back one day again

this hotel is a beautiful old building, it has large rooms that are impeccably clean, lovely bathroom, gorgeous terrace areas with shade, the breakfast was amazing, the lovely lady that cooked it did an amazing job, and lastly the management and staff were friendly, and were so helpful, if you are thinking of visiting Mardin I recommend you stay at this fantastic hotel, you will be very happy with it.

+ Hotel is located in a building that is 700 years old. this is incredible!!! + Close to the historical center. +The interior of the room is very beautiful. +The hotel has a terrace with a cafe and mountain views. it was an incredible experience and adventure for us!!! we love your hotel very much.

Historical old mansion, that keeps the essence of Mardin. Views in the terrace are beautiful. The hotel provides a quality breakfast. The staff is generally helpful, although no English is spoken, communication is done with translator. I ask to change my room the second night and they accommodate my request. Close to hotel there is an square with free parking available.
