Staff are extremely nice, nothing was too much. Lots of great bars, restaurants etc to choose from. Great tennis club, kids club and gym. Had a great massage at the spa

It was amazing , the breakfast was just wow. The service o. The beach was also amazing. Loved this place Also all the amazing restaurants are inside of the resort, you don’t need to go out.

Breakfast was good. There was a huge choice. Particularly liked the fact they had blueberries and lots of them! Staff at breakfast were very friendly and we were made to feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble.

Breakfast first class. Best quality buffet I have seen. Beach restaurant excellent. Enjoyed nightlife in the plaza, bar staff excellent but I do think hotel guests should be treated better than walk ins. Pretty amazing to have to pay 1000 euros just to sit down and have a drink at the end of the night.

For the price we paid I expected exceptional. The quality of beds and pillows were substandard and service at concierge a bit off. But on th positive side amazing things to do, great restaurants and night life. The beach chiringuito is very badly managed and the service was beyond poor .
