In middle of marathon, near shops. Need car to get around. Didn’t use pool but it looked ok. Room was nice - two double beds and bathroom.

location on the keys is perfect for key west room was not serviced on first 2 days room phone did not work (room310) pool area (path round pool had some slippy areas that were not properly maintained) this resort could be so much better if service+ maintenance issues where addressed

After reading some reviews I was a little concerned but we had a great stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was lovely we had a bay view. This was our second time in the Keys if we come again we will book Banana bay resort.

Loved our stay at Banana Bay! The rooms and facilities are great. Staff are all lovely and made our stay enjoyable. The pool and hot tub area is an added bonus. We used this much more than we expected. Sunset from the pier is breathtaking, turtle rescue is 5 mins away and Cuban food across the road at La Niña is worth trying

The bed, linen & pillows are all good quality and comfortable. The pool is amazing, warm, large, easy access in and out. We had a view of the marina which was very nice, balcony chairs are comfortable. Nice to walk down to the 'Pointe' to sit and watch the sunset, a couple of hammocks to relax in also. All but 1 staff I met were very pleasant. The Manager is fairly new to the hotel but came across as caring and wanting to do his best.

The design of the room is beautiful and clean. Good for a family with 2 double beds. A large pool with great water, the children enjoyed refreshing themselves in it. There was also a jacuzzi in the pool. The hotel area is well maintained and clean, and the surrounding palm trees add to the tropical atmosphere. Parking in the hotel area near the rooms is free - a big plus.
