Review: I had an amazing stay at this guesthouse! The owners are incredibly hospitable and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. They were always ready to help with anything I needed and gave great recommendations. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh and tasty options every morning. Another highlight is the location – just a 5-minute walk to a beautiful and clean beach. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My friends and I thought to spend some quiet days at the conclusion of our trip in India and we could not find a better place than Marari Bobans villa! Sanjit and his family were exceptionally nice to guarantee a comfortable stay in their guesthouse. The rooms have AC and are clean. They cooked for us lunch and dinner and the food was very tasty and freshly made. There is a small hidden beach at 5 minutes walking from the guesthouse where you can relax. I recommend to follow the backwater tour organized by Sanjit in Kumarakom. He planned a no-touristic visit of local activities during the tour. I think it is a good place for who likes nature and local homestays.

I had an amazing stay at Boban's villa that exceeded all my expectations. I felt welcomed immediately. First of all, the accommodation and garden are beautiful and there are many lovely details that make it really cozy. Its modernly furnished and really very clean. The home-cooked meals are also so delicious. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. But what really made this stay so special for me was the incredible hospitality of the host and his family. Sajith, the host, organized such special trips, for example a boat trip at sunrise or a visit to a local festival, which were outstanding experiences for me and gave me an authentic insight into life here. He took care of everything so that I had the best time in Kerala and helped me with every problem or question in a very pleasant and helpful way. I couldn't have wished for anything more. Especially as a woman traveling alone, I would like to emphasize that I felt very safe. Without any doubt, I highly and wholeheartedly recommend this homestay. I am truly sad to leave this place that felt like home for a few days, and I am also deeply grateful for my stay there and for meeting such good-hearted people. Thank you for everything.

It was perfect! Sajith is always there for you. He helped me a lot with everything and made it so much simpler as a solo traveler. He borrowed me his bicycle, took me to places. He made the stay just amazing! He was always there if I had any questions. You have a beautiful empty beach just nearby as well. The location is a bit outside, calm, makes it harder to get some food but all the restaurants in this area are made for take outs and not to stay in. I would have stayed even longer but already had some plans afterwards. Sajith, thank you 🙏🏽

Good place to spend time with family in peace. Food served for breakfast as complimentary was amazing. The homestay owners are very friendly and gentle. I love this place.

Quiet location, clean, organised and professional. Well furnished a/c rooms (small room has no a/c - soon to be a/c -but fan met our rqrnnt),cosy and clean water from the taps. 2 Reclining chairs in the balcony, 2 relaxing chairs in a separate area for more privacy - with a drink to sip - and a terrace modified into a dining space, neatly laid out. The best was personal care and readiness to be of service and a sincere comm style from Sajish, the caretaker. Morning tea and bfast was superb. Outstanding features : 2 min walk to a mini beach, calm, serene and serene atmosphere, away from the bustling town, to unwind.

A very peaceful location. Sajith and his family were lovely hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay/helped to arrange activities so that I saw the best of the area. Plus the breakfast was delicious Guests stay upstairs and have the roof top to enjoy some quiet space too

One of the best stay, and the price is very reasonable. The property is maintained by the owners itself as it's a homestay. The people are very respectful, polite and respectful. Mr.Sajith is really good and he can help you with any concerns. told him about the prawns he got the fresh prawns and prepared at home, that was really nice. Coming to rooms, really nice and tidy, well maintained. Good sitout arrangements for any occasions and for food dining. Place is ambinet, close to beach. The beach there is really good as if it's like private beach, sand is clean. Overall highly recommended stay if you are around Kochi or Alappuzha.
